PROINSO has been operating in Hong Kong through its wholly owned subsidiary since 2008. Over the years, the company has completed numerous CSR projects for universities and public schools as part of the Hong Kong government’s Environment and Conservation Fund (ECF) grant program. Understanding that Southeast Asia regularly faces extreme weather conditions, PROINSO engineered all systems significantly above the required wind‑resistance standards of 215 km/h. This forward‑thinking engineering approach was validated when every PROINSO installation in Hong Kong withstood Typhoon Mangkhut, the most intense storm ever recorded in the region, with wind speeds reaching 250 km/h.
