When developing the PROINSO PV RACK mounting structures we have leveraged more than a decade of solar experience from our staff. Our objective was to create products that would reduce installation time, come in compact packaging to optimise transportation and storage costs for distributors; while using robust and high quality materials in order to ensure the maximum safety for our PV projects. The result was PROINSO PV Rack – one of the simplest rooftop structures to assemble on the PV market. It adds exceptional value to commercial and residential projects by offering versatility and usability.
PROINSO PV Rack offers you a complete range of solar panel mounting structures which include flat roof and pitched roof structures, suitable for all standard residential and commercial roof types. All our structures can be ordered in pre-packaged boxes, or customised based on your project specifications. All our products are manufactured in Europe, complying with the EU quality, social and environmental standards.
EASY TO INSTALL
The PROINSO PV Rack was developed for an easy and quick installation. The simple clip-in principle of the rail fixation as well as the high standards of PROINSO PV Rack with regard to pre-assembly and customised confectioning, guarantee a quick assembly.

The PROINSO PV Rack allows optimisation of components used through project customisation. Our engineers will calculate the required quantity of rails and fixing points based on your project specifications, enabling you to reduce the overall cost of system.

CASE STUDY
PROINSO PV Rack mounting structures have been used for the 2MW rooftop installation at San Pedro Sula Bus Station in Honduras. Our rail-free structure was designed for industrial rooftop projects of trapezoidal shapes where standard PV structures cannot be fastened to the purlins of the building. This product offers straightforward installation and reduced transportation costs. To meet project-specific requirements, PROINSO designed a customised solution for this project that resulted in significant cost saving for the client (roughly 50% saving on transportation costs). Product customisation is one of competitive advantages of PROINSO PV Rack structures.
