PROINSO won the 2018 Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade, in recognition of its outstanding performance. The Queen’s Award is the UK’s most prestigious award for business success. Recipients are chosen on the advice of the Prime Minister, who is assisted by an Advisory Committee that includes representatives of government, industry and commerce, and the trade unions.

The Royal Grant of Appointment can be attributed to PROINSO’s outstanding export growth of 115% in three years to over 100 countries. This was coupled with PROINSO’s assurance of responsible conduct in managing social and environmental impacts, selection and control of suppliers, production process management, and human resources and customer service.
