The 295 kW rooftop solar system at Metrotown Mall, delivered by SolarTechno Design Solutions Inc. in partnership with PROINSO, is a strong reference project for commercial solar in the Philippines. Installed as part of a wider plan to solar‑power five malls, the system is already achieving excellent performance, generating 35,400 kWh per month under continuous monitoring via software and external supervision.
The installation uses 542 Jinko 545 Wp modules and Clenergy mounting structures, ensuring high efficiency, durability, and long‑term reliability. The project significantly reduces electricity costs for the mall while supporting its transition toward cleaner, more sustainable energy.
